Rapid Cloud Partners, Inc. (RCP) is searching for a NetSuite Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting and implementing NetSuite ERP solutions and have a firm understanding of the Order to Cash, Receipt to Fulfill and Procure to Pay processes.
An RCP Functional Consultant works with teams of experts to assist client implementation and support their NetSuite ERP systems. At RCP, we are operational experts and passionate about creating tailored solutions and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include
- Provide industry-leading consultative services for business processes including, but not limited to, Accounting, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory Management
- Participate in client workshops to assist with defining solutions and implementation strategies
- Works directly with project leads to document business requirements and gap analysis to translate into specific NetSuite functionality
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop effective NetSuite solutions
- Configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and sustainable solutions
- Actively participate in data migration tasks
- Build strong customer relationships
- Execute project plans within a specified timeframe and budget
- Work closely with developers to define and build custom solutions, when applicable
- Develop statements of work, client process documentation, and custom training materials
- Utilize tools including, but not limited to, NetSuite, Wrike, Box, Zoom, G Suite, Slack, etc.
- Continue to develop skills and consulting expertise by remaining current with product releases, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Mathematics or Computer Science; or 5+ years of ERP consulting experience
- 4 + years consulting experience
- 3+ years experience as a NetSuite consultant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively
- Strong time management, organization and prioritization capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Demonstrated understanding of ERP data model/configuration and transaction flows
- Experience working and collaborating with mid- to high-level stakeholders
- Execute a project plan including estimating, forming a solution, translation to configuration requirements and implementation
- Ability to lead a business process session
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks and objectives without direction
Desired requirements
- NetSuite Certifications: Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant discipline
- Experience working with other SaaS tools including Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, Workday, etc.
