Delivered, Inc. was founded in 2022 as an affordable, end-to-end parcel service focused on the premise of addressing the unmet delivery needs of customers. Based in Cleveland and propelled by technology, the Delivered platform creates visibility, reliability, and efficiency for the complete parcel journey. Instead of a generic, one-size-fits-all approach, they identify clients’ unique parcel needs and build solutions tailored to customer goals while making every interaction the greatest possible shipping experience.

Challenge

With multiple subsidiaries and steady growth, Delivered needed to replace QuickBooks and much like their parcel service, they wanted it fast – kickoff to go live in less than five months. For business operations, Delivered uses a homegrown, package-tracking platform named Parcellent and the BILL Spend & Expense (formerly Divvy) online and mobile platform for capturing and tracking expenses. Transactions and data from both required synchronization with the ability to import, create, and send AR and AP transactions derived from their proprietary system data. 

Solution

The team from Rapid Cloud Partners configured and deployed NetSuite OneWorld to address existing needs for Delivered and provide flexibility for requirements of future subsidiaries. Native general ledger behavior, robust reporting, purchase-to-pay and record-to-report functionality was added to care for purchasing, vendor bills and vendor payments as replacement for QuickBooks. Additionally, system customizations were applied to enhance transaction tracking and reporting, and plug-ins were implemented to satisfy ACH requirements and capture Divvy credit card expenses.
