Given their highly transactional business model, Bigleaf needed to visualize Sales & Marketing analytics. The primary goal was to understand the data from multiple systems and to identify trends as well as growth opportunities. In the past, the sales team generated reports from multiple systems and assimilated data structures to produce key metric reporting - a highly manual and time-consuming process. The Bigleaf sales team needed an easy-to-use tool for tracking partners and customers by territory and revenue size.
